Requirements
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Some years of professional experience in HVAC Mechanical or Electrical, or similar experience in Fire & Security – Fire Detection, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, CCTV Systems; Technical degree in Buildings Installations, Energy, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science or related;
- Fluent in English language and good conversational level for any of German, Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish language.
WE VALUE:
- Experience in the industry is preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills;
- Low current systems, automation, instrumentation, BMS or integrated control solutions;
- Expertise to translate technical solutions into detailed cost elements;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and foster relationships; -
- Solution design, technical and commercial proposals experience in Buildings industry.

Are you curious about what this role implies?
- Develop solution designs and cost-effective proposals, identify and analyze risk;
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates which include scope of work, material and associate labor and services;
- Obtain and validate vendor quotes for supplies and sub-contracted work;
- Assist in finding potential strategic partners;
- Provides recommendations of alternative solutions;
- Supports sales professionals, bid managers and customers during the technical requirement definition and solution development;
