    Requirements

    What we expect from you:

     It’s an advantage to have University (Degree or pending graduation) in IT
     Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
     PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, mobile devices (iOS, Android) knowledge
     Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN
     Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
     Good command of English
     Good communication and teamwork
     Technical person, able to understand processes and systems
     Quick learning skills, especially for IT concepts and applications
     Attention for details
     Flexibility
     Honest, efficient, dedicated and responsible
     Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
     Adheres to Daimler values: integrity, respect, discipline, passion
     Preferable experience in helpdesk or in supporting IT systems

    Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities and everyday challenges:

     Deliver 1st and 2nd level support for users (internal and external) and external providers, offering technical assistance on-site and online (over ticketing system, phone, email, instant messaging applications), performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and determining the best resolution based on the issue and details provided by users
     Responsible for IT equipment stock and initiation of purchasing requests
     Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
     Client hardware, software and service management (setting up equipment, order and configure services, user management, ensure that all client infrastructure components are up to date and in accordance with the specified policies and recommendations of Daimler and manufacturers)
     Create and maintain up-to-date procedures, action flows and training manuals
     Prepare reports, analyses or other tasks on the request of direct manager
