Preluarea solicitarilor clientilor - prin e-mail si telefonic;
Redirectionarea solicitarilor catre departamentele specializate;
Furnizarea informatiilor complete legate de colete/servicii;
Transmitere oferte;
Centralizare si organizare informatii inter-departamentale.
