    Cerinte

    - Studii superioare;
    - Limba franceza nivel B2+;
    - Limba engleza nivel B2;
    - 1-2 ani experienta in zona de Resurse Umane
    - Bune abilitati de comunicare, persoana dinamica, serioasa si motivata, orientata catre client.

    Responsabilitati

    - Gestionarea solicitărilor (prin telefon- 30 % ( intre 2-10 apeluri/zi) sau e-mail - 70%) pe teme de resurse umane de la angajați și reprezentanți HR;
    - Inregistrarea, analizarea si clasificarea solicitarilor pentru a stabili echipa responsabila de gestionarea acestora;
    - Oferirea de suport salariatilor si reprezentantilor HR din tarile deservite si daca este cazul, directionarea acestora catre servicii de self service;
    - Asigurarea ca solicitarile sunt inchise la timp, conform procedurilor;
    - Desfasurarea activitatilor administrative de resurse umane, privind contractele de munca;
    - Redactarea documentelor administrative si a adeverintelor.
