Proficiency in English and French
Bachelor degree – preferable in Finance/Commerce
Good verbal & written communication skills
1-3 years previous experience - preferably in AR/ Order to Cash/ Collections area
Rigorous and accurate working style
Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Previous exposure to Order to cash/Accounts receivable systems & other ERP tools would represent an advantage

Billing / Invoicing
Manual Credit notes processing
Customer Master maintenance
Exception Handling
Prepare and Post FX Gain Loss Journals
Handling queries via email and calls
Quality Assurance
Reporting activities
Resolving disputed items Bank Statement
Sending Collections file to Bank for Credit
Cash Discount tracking and posting
Follow up for Credit Details
Check and ensure all Bank credit posted
Meeting SLA Targets
