Challenges in this role:
- Present, promote and sell our services to prospective customers (calling, emails);
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00-18:00 Requirements:
- Advanced communication skills in English;
- Proven experience in sales or business development in related services, IT, consulting, BPO on the European Market
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills;
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales;
- Persistent and positive
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
- Competitive income (salary + monthly bonuses)
- Additional Performance Bonus paid each half a year, based on KPIs
- Possibility to participate at International Conferences, Trade Shows, Fairs in the USA, Europe, Asia
