Digital Marketing Manager

Personnel Outsourcing, companie de recrutare si leasing de personal, de 10 ani pe piata din Romania cu doua branch-uri la nivel national ( Bucuresti / Brasov), suntem o companie intr-o constanta dezvoltare in domeniul resurselor umane integrate.

- Relevant experience in digital / online marketing activities;
- Experience in advertising agency would be consider a plus;
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO;
- Experience with content management systems, including site updates, tracking;
- The ability to analyze, interpret and report data;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Advanced computer proficiency (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Team player, but also a self-motivator with the ability to work independently;
- Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines;

- Creative and problem solver, with excellent attention to detail;

- Develops the online business for the company's in the group;
- Brings new development ideas for the company's, with a focus on online advertising;
- Contributes to the increase of traffic on the platforms of the media group with ideas;
- Negotiates and concludes contracts with media agencies;
- Draws up the budget of revenues and expenses;
- Coordinates the marketing for the online platforms of the media group;
- Reports results and performance indicators of online marketing campaigns to the marketing manager and the group.
