- Managing the questions / requests received
- Receive questions / requests (by phone or e-mail) on human resources issues from HR employees and representatives
- Record all the questions / requests received, to determine if they can be solved by the Contact Center team or if it is necessary to send them to the second level teams or to the expert center
- Guide clients to self-service options (for example: processes and policies on the Portal) while giving them directions, if necessary
- Solve the requests / requests of your field of activity, either by telephone or by e-mail
- Scale the requests that do not belong to your field of activity, at the second or third level or at the center of expertise, for the authorized persons
- Request the assistance of the manager from the Contact Center / team coordinator to close the complex requests
- Follow the partially processed requests (with the pending status) and update the status throughout the flow
- Make sure tickets are closed in a timely manner, in accordance with approved terms
- Identifying and reporting existing / potential risks
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Internships / volunteering activities - an advantage
- French and English
- Dynamic, involved, serious, motivated person
- Customer orientation
- Person who is used to work with goals in qualitative and quantitative terms
