    Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, at least 2 years as Sales Director.
    Experience in toy industry is a plus.
    Working sales experience in Hypermarkets, Department Stores, book stores;
    Bachelor Degree;
    Communicational and organizational skills, as well as team spirit;
    Willingness to travel;
    Proficient with Microsoft Office programs;
    Fluent in the English language;
    Driving license.


    o Sales Development
    o Processing, Developing and implementing win-win relationships with customers
    o Direct contact with the key buyers of the customers
    o Coordinate with all departments to service customer
    o Enforce and overlook that all sales terms and agreements are upheld
    o Monitor the competition in order to be pro-active towards the customers
    o Prepare presentations with the cooperation of all relative depts. (marketing, trade marketing, sales administration)
    o Develop and integrate the sales plan by customer
    o Select products and quotas in alignment with the target
    o Launch and promote new brands, products
    o Plan orders and shipments to customer per month
    o Plan the shelf space and merchandising program
    o Assist in the development of the promotional plan
    o Participation in industry trade shows
    o Market research
    o Control of inventory Manage sell through
