-Advanced level of French (speaking and writing)
-Availability to work on a full time time / part time schedule, Monday - Saturday, 9:00 - 22:00
-Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions
-Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problems
-Efficient use of resources for the effective exercise of the activity
-Attention to detail
-Good general IT-Knowledge in the area of web-based applications and technologies used in that area
-Offering best level customer support or debt collection assistance for French clients via phone or e-mail
-Assist French end-clients of a local auto insurance company
-Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer's inquiry
-Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
