    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    Great skills in using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
    Good English skills - minimum B2
    Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing
    Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports
    Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
    High level of professionalism and integrity

    Responsibilities

    Collects, reads, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation generation of statistical and analytical reports.
    Acts decisively to solve account specificindividual issues related to data generation analysis interpretation.
    Maintains collection and tracking of relevant data.
    Compiles data and analyze past and current trends.
    Designs andor develop specific systems for collection, tracking, and reporting of data.
    Provides a variety of reports to Operations and other departments when needed.
    Works closely with management to assure that their reporting needs are satisfied.
    Delivers reports on time as requested by the client andor management.
    Creates and Maintains agent level schedules and attendance reporting.
    Update and revise data in SYKES tools where OMD is point of contact in order to assure complete and correct representation.
    Contact support teams on issues related to SYKES tools where OMD is point of contact and coordinateleads the actions until the issue is closed.
