• Good PC knowledge (PING);
• English skills;
• University graduate (technical profile - advantage);
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Problem solving attitude and client oriented;
• Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls;
• Patience, empathy, diligence;
• Responsible, mature and punctual behavior

• Following actions according to predefined operational procedures;
• Monitoring of NAGIOS systems and services on a 24 x 7 basis and escalations upon procedures;
• Execution, monitoring and alerting of predefined operational tasks on COREBANKING systems;
• Act as Operator to complete prescheduled operational tasks;
• Performing EOD Operations on several environments for several countries;
• Hourly Call Center IVR services checks;
• Hourly Internet banking services checks;
• Delivering COREBANKING application, Debug users upon request;
• Daily file transfers, batch processing request executions;
• Executing several WEBMIN tasks upon procedures;
• Performing Deployment Operations on several environments upon request;
• Monitoring DRC replications;
• Monitoring Backup systems.
