JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST WITH SPANISH, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- You are smart, with good logic (graduate or master student/graduate in economic field) and eager to learn and develop;
- You have a very good analytical skills and business awareness;
- You have Excel knowledge;
- You communicate easily both Spanish and English;
- You enjoy international and multi-cultural environment;
- You love to have results and have high attention to details.

- Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing, etc.);
- Participate in the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long term) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business - and corporate-wide objectives;
- Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to actively ensure financial analysis needs are met;
- Handles more complex business issues;
- Provides analytics to business initiatives;
- Develops a deeper understanding of the company's financial processes and a detailed knowledge of the business.
