    Education and Experience Required:

    First level university degree or equivalent experience.
    Typically 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.
    Knowledge and Skills:

    Good understanding of procurement processes, industry, and suppliers.
    Strong analytical skills.
    Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) and basic supply chain modeling skills.
    Good knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications.
    Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
    Good influencing and negotiation skills
    Good teamwork skills.
    Mastery in English and local language.

    Responsabilitati

    Main Responsibilities:

    Drives or supports contract execution and negotiations for Standard GP agreements across all Categories (IP, HST and Labor).
    Limited legal negotiations according to HPE standard terms and GP manual and limited commercial negotiations.
    Supports the strategy of using HPE templates and works closely with Category teams to dive both BU and Supplier behavior in this direction.
    Performs risk analysis and spend analysis to drive correct contracting decision.
    Works closely with the Categories to develop a good understanding of Supplier capabilities and Category specifics and ensure leverage and alignment of procurement practices across Regions and WW.
    Supports contracting renewal and monitoring actions for the Categories and contracts owned.
    Manages supplier contracting activities across categories, for goods and services that support the company and its customers.
    Includes supplier legal and commercial negotiations; risk mitigation; supplier qualification; and establishing quality processes / resolving quality issues.
    Emphasis is on strategy, supplier assessment, negotiations, business relationships, quality, cost, assurance of supply and predictability.
    Primary objective is to mitigate company risk, while providing the best timely solution for our businesses.
    Adds value to the company through managing performance aspects of contracts and subcontracts.
    Responsibilities:

    Analyzes industry trends and procurement performance to support a supply category; reports results of analyses to procurement manager.
    Collaborates with internal and external partners to meet procurement objectives.
    Meets with senior members in an observer capacity to learn about business priorities.
    Learns to use supply chain and financial modeling tools.
    Engages with partners projects.
    Performs tasks as assigned and applies experience to align individual work with overall strategy using discretion and judgment.
    Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
