WHAT WE OFFER:

Attractive salary package: 3100 Ron, 250 Ron monthly bonus based on performances and 320 Ron flexible benefits
Night Schedule: Monday – Sunday 16:00 - 1:00; 1:00 - 10:00; 9:00 - 18:00 (less often)
First day at work: 4 July 2019
We want you to be successful and to ensure you maximize your earnings, you will be fully trained and supported by a company renowned for developing its staff.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Your role will be to assist American customers and hotel partners via phone, chat and email regarding customer bookings, requests from partners and guests.
You will provide solutions for cancelations, property complaints, amendments, resending reservations to partners, check availability and inventory issues, billing.
English language proficiency
Customer oriented person, excellent communication skills (active listening), quick learner
