-Degree qualified (or equivalent) in an Engineering/Technical discipline
-able to read and understand engineering drawings and measurements
-English languages
-knowledge of systems: PPAP/APQP and 8D
-technical understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
-self-motivated/pro-active
-good organization skills
-flexible and adaptable approach; willingness to learn
-attention to detail, excellent problem solver

-management of tooling, equipment and manufacturing process for new products
-being the first point of contact of customer for all quality issues: identification, containment & resolution of quality problems
-detect, describe and report to Project Team all quality issues found at plant
-perform quality controls according to agreed inspection instruction and border samples
-perform simple measurements like gap & flushes using manual gauges. (availability of simple measurement devices required)
-perform visual evaluation of appearance according to defined border samples
-support Project Team on the Route Cause Analysis with on-site analysis
-working to resolve quality issues, identify deviations and introduce containment actions to support and maintain build quality coordination with the Project Team and Customer
-perform sorting activities and organize and coordinate on-site part reworks and/or retrofits
-collaborate with the Project Team in de-escalation by Customer Production line of delivered parts with failures
-support the plant (Launch manager)
-cooperate with Project Team to make quality assessments on modified components (Concerns introduction)
-reporting to Project Manager
