IBM Internship- SAS DI Developer

IBM Client Innovation Center Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was established in 2012 by joining several centers in Europe. The center has achieved CMMI Level 5 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and its mission is to provide customers with software solution customized to their global business needs.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

-Fresh graduate or student in final year (preferably Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline);
-SQL skills: Intermediate – Advanced
-Knowledge of SQL queries, PL/SQL Stored procedures, Functions & Packages
theoretical understanding of data modeling, processing and warehousing techniques
-Enterprise Guide Knowledge is considered a plus
-Analytical thinking
-Attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written expression
-Strong time management skills

SAS DI Developer will be responsible for developing data flows and mapping data from multiple sources and loading into data marts.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Gathering data requirements and designing/developing data marts.
- Performing analytical and programming activities including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of integrating the data management solutions.
- Integrating and managing the data mappings from the client’s data sources (mainly Oracle and SAS data sets) to the Reporting/Analytical data mart using SAS DI Studio.
- Designing, developing and implementing the DI Studio job flows to load the data into SAS.
