    Role Description:

    As part of the Service Desk Team, you will engage as the primary point of engagement between users and the organization for all IT needs, to assure the highest service level and customer satisfaction.


    • Answer customer’s IT related queries
    • Provide technical support for incoming issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
    • Run diagnostic programs to resolve issues
    • Walk customer through problem-solving process


    • Experience with technical customer support is preferred
    • Fluent German speaker
    • B1/B2 English
    • Client oriented & interested in IT related topics
    • Readiness to work in 24 x 7 environment (Shift operations)
