    EDUCATION
    Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources related field (. Business Administration, Industrial Relations/Human Resources or Labor Relations, Psychology) or equivalent.

    EXPERIENCE
    Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point);
    Good command of English.

    REQUIREMENTS
    Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
    Strong motivation to drive results.
    Ability to establish and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    Strong analytical skills necessary to plan and priorities own work on schedule.
    Ability to drive and solve problems and suggest proactive solutions.

    Responsabilitati

    Assist Human Resources Business Partner in areas of recruitment, compensation, admin, talent development and deployment (performance appraisals, succession planning, and training), employee relations, event planning, and other applicable areas.
    Driving the Wellbeing program for the company (set-up, implementation and improvements needs).

    Alte informatii

    The duration of the assignment would be limited to three months, with the possibility of extension according to the business needs.
