Cloud Support Engineer with German and English

Requirements:

· Fluency in English and German;
· Knowledge of IT networking concepts and technologies such as Exchange, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Skype for Business;
· At least 6 months in a customer support role would represent an advantage;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Customer oriented.

Responsibilities:

· Resolve the tickets raised by business-to-business customers who acquired an office 365 license and finding solutions through different mechanisms (database research, virtual lab tests etc);
· Take customer tickets by phone or by email and handling technical issues through efficient use of materials provided;
· Update the data base and create the technical documentation with resolved cases details (solving mechanism, explanations etc.);
· Keep in contact with customers, make sure the right expectations are being set.
