Economics background is a must;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, with relevant experience: in accounting (GL)/controlling/ analysis, AP/AR processes, experience in Audit companies are also welcomed;
The candidate has to speak English at a good level of work;French is a nice to have;
Good team worker, adaptability, flexibility in a changing environment;
Advanced in working with Excel;
Good communication skills;
Proactive and with initiative;
Dedicated and available to work extra time in the loaded periods;
Serious, respecting deadlines;
Focused on finding the solution, not the blame.

The company Junior Cycle Analyst works closely together with the cycle reviewer senior to:
Perform cycle reviews and all the month end closing activities in accordance with deadlines and group standards;
Prepare and disseminate cycle quality indicators;
Assist the cycle review senior in providing information to the statutory auditor;
Where auxiliary transactions are outsourced, assist the cycle review senior in managing the daily relations with subcontractor in respect of activities;
Assist the cycle review senior in validation of all deliverables produced;
Contributes to and participates in cycle progress and cycle-related processes;
Prepare, make and record other entries, if case, in accordance with pre-established deadlines as well as Group and local rules;
Propose in accordance with Group standards simplifications and improvements serving to optimize the processes she deals with, if case;
Perform self-assessments within her remit in accordance with internal controller's instructions and on schedule;
Assists with preparation of materials and presentations for the department manager;
Execute any other tasks requested by the manager in order to realize the short term objectives of the department;
Participate, during the transition phase, to the proper takeover of activities allocated to her, including the preparation/ update of detailed manuals for the process, if necessary;
Travel to France during the transition period or on request in other countries, if necessary.
