Reverse logistics coordinator with English (back office)

Requirements:
Experience in Customer service/support (minimum 1 year)
Fluent in English
Ability to work under pressure/deadlines
Ability to handle conflict situations
Multitasking abilities
Analytical skills: good knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities:
Return spare part shipment management
Investigating each particular case (extract missing part return Email and request to countries,Extract reminders of the day and store into cumulative file,Extract and investigate all 3rd notification)
Update and maintain QAD for notification
Invoices management:
Run Invoices; Submit to country contacts for review; Report invoices once generated
Check UPS return shipment status from tracking number
