- University degree in mechanical engineering or appropriate specializations
- Long term experience in the field of mechanical developments of high-frequency antenna technology also in interdisciplinary cooperation
- Extensive knowledge in design methodology, requirement management, methods of value analysis, quality engineering, manufacturing technologies
- Good knowledge in using and applying CAD tools, simulation methods, numerical calculation methods, methods for static and dynamic analysis, testing and realization
- Fluent English language mandatory
- Extensive knowledge in welding constructions, steel constructions and material knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured way of working and very good analytical skills
- Strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to find pragmatic solutions
- Readiness to business trips

- Mechanical management, processing, coordination in the design and configuration of broadcast antenna systems and antenna supporting structures
- Responsible for the relevant technical development results
- Fulfillment of the specification sheets, compliance with dates, costs and quality
- Definition and control of the objectives; control and optimization of the processes together with the R&D head
- Elaboration and introduction of work / construction guidelines, also for subsidiary companies
- Responsibility for product safety within the scope of the technical relevance;
- Cooperation with structural engineers and experts for the demonstration of the static and dynamic stability of antenna supporting structures according to standards
- Verification of the mechanical design of antenna systems also of the subsidiary companies.
