The business owner is:
1. Accountable for the successful implementation of the common processes across the European Region, and for coordination of processes at the global level where appropriate.
2. Accountable for eliminating problems and enhancing quality of the processes.
3. Accountable for staff training programs and in conjunction with local management staff competency levels.
4. Accountable for achieving and maintaining optimal levels of process performance and customer service.
5. Accountable for an efficient interface with the company's IT organization.
Focuses on the entire SD process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
Identifies and reacts in a timely manner to issues/challenges encountered during and after the implementation phases of the projects.
Achieves and maintains optimal levels of process performance.
Liaises with personnel and process owners of other functional modules and the IT organisation.
Aligns the acceptance and utilization of the module down through the organization including senior management.
Reviews and proposes changes or enhancements to the SD Process to increase its quality and efficiency.
Initiates improvements in the tools, processes, steering mechanisms and people skill levels
Reviews integration issues between the various processes and supporting IT systems (SAP, Rubix, and others).
Works collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of the SD process.
Communicates changes to all relevant stakeholders.
Functions as a point of escalation when required.
Ensures adequate training systems and materials are in place to support an effective process.
Assesses the effectiveness of the process and the level of customer satisfaction the processes deliver.
Travels on a regular basis, as required by business needs.
Bugetul se situeaza intre 4500 ron net si 6000 ron net (pentru un profil senior) + beneficii (10% bonus, prime de sarbatori, 50% prima vacanta, tichete, asigurari).
