Over the past 5 years we have built an office of over 100 consultants in Prague and we’re now looking to take our business to Bucharest. As we have seen the potential Romanians have with jobs which entail high communication skills we’re looking to replicate our training centre in Bucharest and offer a career path which doesn’t have a glass ceiling.
Don’t get us wrong, this job will require a lot of hard work and willpower but it will also offer the opportunity to develop a career which is rare to find in today’s work market.

What we are looking for:
• Highly communicative and people’s person
• Fluent (close to Native) in English or another major EU Language (German, French, Dutch, Italian)
• Hard working
• Ability to take on feedback
• Comfortable in a purely phone based job
