    Essential skills and competencies:
    •2 years’ experience in customer services, account management and basic finance.

    •First degree.

    •Proficiency in written and spoken Romanian and English-level B2.


    Role overview
    •Ensure provision and coordination of all necessary resources in the main centre and all partner premises throughout the year.
    •Liaise with Facilities and IT for partner premises security, cleaning and opening hours arrangements.
    •Managing orders, stocks and inventories of the Teaching Centre IT equipment and furniture.
    •Provide administrative support to the Teaching Centre team.
    •To support coordination of corporate courses (arrange testing, monitor travel, order books, send certificates, contract filing, etc) for Adults and Young Learners.
    •To administer the Adults sponsored onsite courses in in close relationship with the Business Development manager (BDM) and Sales Consultants.

    The Teaching Centre in Bucharest continues to expand rapidly and is now one of the largest centers in the EU. We enjoy a strong reputation in Romania as the leading provider of English language courses. Current performance of Exams and Teaching across the country is strong and there are ambitious growth targets for both strands.

    So we need a new colleague to join our admin team. The post of Partner Premises and Resources Coordinator is accountable to Business Development Manager and is part of a team of 7 people managed by the Teaching Operations Manager.


    Location - Bucharest

    Salary - Gross salary - patru mii sase sute patru zeci si sapte RON /month

    Duration - 1 years (with the possibility of extension)
