Studii medii tehnice;
Certificat de calificare ca frigotehnist – constituie avantaj;
Cunostinte de baza de hidraulica, mecanica, electrica;
Cunostinte de baza in interpretarea schemelor tehnologice.

Supervizeaza nivelul de temperatura in toate zonele de productie/depozitare;
Monitorizeaza nivelul de ventilatie a camerelor frigorifice conform cerintelor tehnologice si igienice;
Alimenteaza in permanenta echipamentele cu aer comprimat;
Verifica starea tehnica a echipamentelor aflate in zona de raspundere;
Identifica si repara nonconformitatile aparute in functie de aria sa de competenta;
Realizeaza reviziile echipamentelor si utilajelor pentru care nu este necesara interventia unor echipe autorizate.
