Your Team:
o Global Customer Billing is a team consisting of 8 Customer Billing Representatives, located in multiple global centres who are specialized in performing and supporting the Customer Billing and Cash Application activities for all PTC entities.
Your Impact:
o Accountable and responsible for Accounts Receivable activities for all 19 entities in PTC.
Your Day-To-Day:
o Accountable and Responsible for the delivery of Invoices to the customer
o Accountable and Responsible for Cash application activities
o Accountable and Responsible for invoice customization and all manual transactions activities needed to ensure the correct creation of PTC invoices
Your Skills and Knowledge:
o Accountability
o Excel skills
o Detail oriented
o Team work
o Fluent English is mandatory
This is a full-time internship with a duration of 6 months.
