Identifying learning and development needs;
- Defining learning objectives;
- Planning learning sessions to meet the established needs and objectives;
- Designing new customized materials or including existing materials in class;
- Delivering customized trainings;
- Monitoring trainee performance;
- Providing consultancy to the trainees in their development process.

-Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint – Intermediate level);
-English skills (minimum B1);
