    • Strong knowledge of Linux
    • Knowledge of Windows OS (image creation)
    • Knowledge of Chef
    Nice to have:
    • ITIL Certified
    • Experience/ knowledge with/of IBM Cloud Orchestrator
    • Working with Openstack over VMWare (vmware knowledge is not required)
    • IBM BPM workflows
    • Bachelor degree, with a technical major such as Engineering or Computer Scienc


    Level 2 support and maintenance on the IBM Cloud Orchestrator:
    - Break fix at operation level
    - Preventive Maintenance
    - Problem Determination, Problem Source Identification, Initial Root Cause Analysis
    - Orchestration start/stop and status verification
    - Deployment zones availability
    - Operational workarounds
    - Infrastructure level capacity monitoring
