OCR Specialist Managed Services

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Technical bachelor’s degree (technical disciplines are preferred)
- Between 1-2 years of experience with document management or with OCR technology
- Knowledge of MS Windows/MS SQL Server is considered an advantage
- Analytical skills
- Follow up and follow through mentality with a strong customer focus
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic about solving complex technical/configuration problems
- Good command of English, both verbal and written. German would be nice to have

- Support the onboarding process of new clients. Work and collaborate with other teams to swiftly and effectively enable clients to use the service
- Effective troubleshooting of issues
- Proactive monitoring of customer processes
- Creation and maintenance of templates
- Collaborate across teams to optimize customer success
- Identify opportunities to improve services
- Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate across product teams throughout company, including engineering, product, cloud operations and other teams
