Production team leader

Job description:

• Manage resources on a daily basis (people, materials and equipment) to achieve production targets for indicators

• Involved in to the knowhow of operating the equipment’s related to the production process

• Monitor and pursue proper implementation of quality systems and procedures and develop corrective actions to ensure product quality standards

• Ensure that followed health and safety practices in the area of production to comply with local labor protection and environmental legislation requirements

• Evaluate, recommend and propose solutions in terms of labor and assignment of work to ensure the effectiveness of the department

• Facilitate implementation of technical projects to assist the production of new products as products change

• Participate in the recruitment and selection process for all production staff to ensure their suitability appointment and compatibility with existing staff

• Evaluation of personal and keeping records about their performance and behavior

Professional experience&Skills desired to have:

• Engineering degree

• Experience in managing personal and production activity, minimum 2 - 3 years

• Experience in Medical/Pharma field is a plus

• Experience in transfer projects (rump-up production)

• Communication skills, teamwork, motivation and determination

• Ability to coordinate, evaluate and make decisions

• Knowledge of LEAN principles

• Knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office)

• Good English knowledge ; German is a plus

• Teamwork Skills

• Organized person, paying attention to details
