-Completed engineering studies, z. B. of the disciplines of technical computer science, electronics or telecommunications or comparable training
-Experience in project management for SW projects in the embedded / automotive environment
-Knowledge and experience in SW development for embedded systems
-Knowledge of development processes according to AutomotiveSPICE or CMMi
-Experience in the creation of HBS and scheduling
-Knowledge of business contexts and the methods and tools of the PM
-Assertiveness, motivation, organizational talent, initiative and communication skills

-Taking over the operational management of software development projects
-Planning, monitoring and coordination of the project process, the software development project team and the project as a whole
-Technical coordination with the customer and internal development areas (location and international) on all questions of software development
-Responsible for software project management and software risk management according to AutomotiveSPICE
-Planning and monitoring of software configuration management, problem solving management and software change management
