• Basic ITIL knowledge;
• IT helpdesk experience;
•English and German fluency;
• Good communication skills;
• Organized and detail oriented;
• Problem solving attitude and team player.

• User Support for all IT related issues in Romania;
• Provide E2E Support across various Ticket Tools ( Service Now, Remedy);
• Support the Helpdesk in DE, AT and CH in peak times;
• Close and flexible customer contact (. telephone, E-Mail, and personal presence);
• Workplace administration (. maintain, move or set up local hardware), incl. mobile devices;
• Local application and IT infrastructure management;
• User account management across various systems and countries;
• Maintain and create IT Documentation and User manuals;
• Collaborate with regional and global workplace and Helpdesk;
• Support incident and problem management;
• Participate in projects.
