    Infosys Consulting Romanian Office is enlarging its team with the new Office Building in Str. Buzesti 85, close to Victoriei Square Metro Station.


    At least 7+ years of project/delivery management real experience.
    Good understanding and experience in delivering projects using Global Delivery Model
    Responsible for all overall quality and accountability of managed network services provided across all customers sites. Point of contact for escalations
    Actively monitor the quality of IT support provided across all sites, making sure performance indicators are defined, communicated and escalated
    Work closely with all functions as needed to proactively identify potential internal and external conflicts; mitigate risk and adhere to schedule commitments.
    Responsible to meet all the Service levels and contractual commitments for the respective functions
    Agree, formalise and deliver service level agreement reports as outlined by contract and agreed with customer.
    Visit the sites and arrange formal reviews with customers in at regular intervals to ensure customer satisfaction with delivery
    Aid in design of delivery reports to customer.
    Actively monitor the quality of IT support provided across all sites, making sure performance indicators are defined, communicated and escalated
    Monitor quality of process effectiveness and deliverables; suggest improvements as needed
    Establish agreements with supporting organizations, 3rd party vendors, etc
    Prepare and obtain approval of IT budget including medium to long term
    Flexible to travel across Europe


    Engineering or science degree
    PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL or equivalent certification
    Must have a strong dedication to customer service
    Excellent written/verbal communications skills and attention to detail
    Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team across functions and experience levels
    Strong understanding of various IT technologies (. IT Networks, Servers, Virtualization, MS Windows, Cloud, etc.)
    Project and program management experience
    Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
    Commendable Problem Solving skills: Anticipate, create and define innovative and visionary concepts in strategic environment
    Ability to operate independently and innovate and to lead in a rapidly changing organization.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment.
