- Technology skills in solution lead roles on: Microsoft Intune MAM and MDM, Office 365, (Azure) Active Directory, ADFS and Azure authentication, Windows 10 and Office client, DNS and Networking – within the relevant scope of workplace
- Proven experience in driving delivery of EUM results in large, global organizations
- Methodical delivery through (large) projects
- Working cross countries, languages, teams and leadership governance
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills

- Technology Lead on the development, deployment and support of End User Management solutions
- Definition of technology requirements
- Support with definition of personas and use cases
- Development of detailed solution designs and standards
- Support with the development of associated frameworks and policies (e.g. cybersecurity)
- Implementation and configuration of solutions according to design
- Support with developing and implementing operational governance, processes and procedures
- Providing of technology support to WK GBS IT operational teams
- Methodical delivery through (large) projects
- Working cross countries, languages, teams and leadership governances
- Working with WK partners and suppliers
- Solution documentation and presentations
- Driving conference meetings
- Facilitating workshops (requirement gathering, solution development, providing training, etc.)
- Status reporting
