What distinguishes you:

- Very good Knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication skills oral and written
- Excellent organization skills

Your contribution to something big:

- Organizes and keeps track of the meeting schedule, creates meeting minutes and meeting protocols
- Updates task list and assures follow up
- Keeps track and makes sure information is transmit-ted to different entities, stakeholders, departments, etc.
- Creates different project and service documentation and updates them whenever it is necessary
- Creates and updates different reports (e.g. in Excel)
- Creates and updates different presentations (e.g. Powerpoint)
- Helps with other administrative project management tasks
