    Graduated Energetic, Automation, Electrotechnic/Power Faculty;
    Good technical knowledge;
    Collaboration with local and international contacts; ability to communicate;
    English – advance; German represents an advantage;
    Min. 3 years of relevant experience in the energy sector/industry
    Knowledge of the market situation, customers, suppliers, competitors etc;
    Sales (support) experience;
    Basic commercial knowledge;
    Ability to estimate/evaluate the clients/market;
    Purchasing, communication, negotiation skills;
    Presentation skills.

    Fix part in the offering/tendering team; being the one who collects all information and data; processing them to elaborate the final offer;
    Primary focus on Digital Grid (DG) business area: protections and automation systems and SCADA systems for electrical substations or industry. Responsible for the management of the suppliers for DG business area;
    Analyze of the tender (technical) request. Evaluation of the existing technical risks and chances;
    Elaboration of the technical solution for offers and tenders; evaluation of the costs;
    Evaluation of offers coming from subcontractors, partners, consultants etc; in correlation with Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager/ Project Manager;
    Preparation and finalization of the offer / tender calculation and tender documents, including fill-in of the technical specifications;
    Active support to Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager in the offering phase up to the contract closing
