Experience : entry-level - 0 to 2 years on a similar position in marketing, communications, advertising;
Supporting the Mercedes-Benz Cars products via marketing and PR activities;
Offering support for the development and implementation of the national campaigns and events according to the marketing planning (including online and social media related activities);
Monitoring the implementation & the results of the campaigns and proposing solutions for a more efficient implementations, according to the findings;
Creating the campaign reports as requested;
Supporting the authorized sales and service partners in implementing the national marketing & communication activities on the local level according to the MBRO & DAI (CI & CD);
Collecting and analyzing the local marketing plans of dealers;
Checking the translations and the final layouts of the Corporate and Passengers Cars marketing and communications materials (e.g.: brochures, press releases, online banners, ads etc);
Supporting the implementation of the BTL and events activities according to the national marketing planning;
Closely working with the BTL and PR agencies in order to identify the best solutions for the MBC events implementation;
Managing and optimizing the inventory process and logistics of the already produced marketing materials for various events and BTL activities;
Managing the availability of cars for test-drives and allocating the cars according to the requests and internal policies;
Responsible for all the test-drive forms for press, VIPs and partners;
Preparing the drafts for all the brand ambassadors and partners written agreements based on the Marketing Specialist’s and Marketing Manager’s input;
Collecting all the relevant information for developing the campaigns briefs;
Cooperating with the service suppliers and agencies within the Corporate and MBC Service & Parts Campaigns development;
Checking the translations of all the After-Sales marketing and communications materials (e.g.: flyers, brochures, flipbooks, online-banners etc);
Main contact for offering info regarding prices and availability of accessories to dealers and MBRo employees;
Managing the delivery of accessories from our Oradea warehouse and the follow-up of the internal orders and deliveries;
Checking the translations of the websites and campaign hubs texts;
Working with the CMS of the websites for updating the basic content (e.g.: contact data, documents etc)
Supporting the OneWeb transition process;
Taking care of the invoicing process and the invoices registration by closely working with the Financial Department;
Back office activities for the MBC Marketing Department;
Contract period: limited for 12 months, starting September 2018.
