Essential Requirements:

- Fluency in English
- 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work - experience
- Basic financial knowledge
- Analytical Skills
- Process Oriented
- Good Excel knowledge

Desirable Requirements:

- Knowledge of Brazil invoicing processes and taxes is an advantage
- University Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Portuguese basic knowledge is considered a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Analysis and execution of invoicing processes
- Regularly briefs leadership on the status of invoicing processes
- Generates reports and recommendations based on analysis
- Communication with internal partners and business owners regarding the main detractors
- Follows the procedures of the invoicing process according the local law and TAX guidance
