IT Helpdesk (remote&on-site)

- At least one year prior work experience in hardware, software & communication troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems & Office suite;
- Interest for IT, gadgets and new technologies;
- Very good written and spoken English;
- Good problem solving ability.

- To assist end-users in all IT applications and equipment related issues;
- To ensure, as part of the IT team, the proper operation of all IT and telecommunication items/equipment;
- To contribute to the implementation of new IT applications and/or management information systems;
- To provide full end-user support regarding IT applications use;
- To record all customer interactions by using the ticketing system;
- To keep in touch with the user in order to obtain or provide additional information or updates regarding the reported issue(s);
- To respond to queries, in person or via the phone or email;
- To deliver on demand IT training to staff;
- To configure and troubleshoot mobile devices and printing issues.
