    Cerinte

    • Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics is a must;
    • Strong financial accounting skills and IFRS experience;
    • Strong knowledge of the Romanian tax legislation with experience in interpreting and solving complex tax matters;
    • At least three years post-qualified experience in an in-house tax department or in a tax department within an accounting company;
    • In-depth knowledge of tax legislation and application to large group of companies
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Excellent analytical, organizational and verbal/written communication skills
    • Previous experience of working with Charisma ERP and Excel/ Word;
    • Industry experience is considered a plus;
    • Fluent in English

    Responsabilitati

    • Responsible to compute company's tax liabilities (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Environmental tax, Withholding taxes, etc.) ensuring timely and accurate submission of the tax returns (for all legal entities of Romania Wholesale);
    • Assist with quarterly foreign tax provisions;
    • Monitor changes in Romanian tax legislation and ensure overall company awareness by informing and advising colleagues on actions to be taken;
    • Prepare Sarbanes-Oxley control documentation in relationship with tax area;
    • Ensure proper and correct application of tax legislation within the company, making sure that the information is in line with the company's accounting standards;
    • Ensure all tax transactions are accounted for and in accordance with the Romanian tax regulations;
    • Represent the company during any tax audit;
    • Regularly analyses the taxes paid by the company and identify strategies for tax saving in accordance with tax legislation;
    • In charge to maintain and update all tax standard routines and internal procedures;
    • Assist the CFO regarding group tax reporting requirements;
    • Prepares the Budget for Local Taxes;
    • Maintains the relationship with the company’s fiscal consultants and auditors for Tax issues;
    • Keeps the management informed with the changes in fiscal legislation.
