    Reporting Executive

    Key Activities:

    • To extract data from Genie and Nav (the accounting system) in order to have clear views on Sales, Costs and Mark up values for all the groups

    • To calculate the Actual Profit per group;

    • To compare the Actual Profit with the Mark-up value for all the groups;

    • To find out reasons for the differences between the Actual Profit and the Mark-up value;

    • To raise issues found during the Profit checks to other Departments;

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • Good knowledge of Genie (knowledge of NAV System is a plus);
    • Analytical and mathematical skills;
    • Attention to details;
    • Excellent organizational skills;
    • Problem solving and results focus;
    • Ability to prioritize;
    • Team player;
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
    • Advanced usage of Ms Office (especially Excel), Outlook
    • Proficient usage of English
