Finance and Administration Assistant

¬ Recent graduated with a University degree in Economics;
¬ Excellent command of written and spoken English;
¬ Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
¬ Have a friendly and engaging personality
The F&A Assistant role will take care of the main administrative processes.
¬ Preparation of daily orders, sales invoice, credit notes and updating exchange rate;
¬ Administrative responsibilities: receiving, checking, archiving incoming documents, including transport documents;
¬ Checking suppliers flow and related documents;
¬ Archiving and updating new contracts with distributors and suppliers;
¬ Helping in managing the office internal process and maintenance;
¬ Daily alignment with F&A Hub Manager;
¬ Offering support with technical issues at F&A Manager and Hub Leader request;
¬ Helping in Audit annual control at F&A Hub Manager indication;
¬ Offering support with periodical reports.
The duration of the contract is of six months with possibility of prolongation up to one year. The opened position is for a full-time contract.
