    Skills/Experience:

    · Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field preferred (An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.)

    · Proven track record in working with people in calm/efficient manner

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    · Ability to solve problems

    · Demonstrated Internet proficiency - must be proficient in MS Office

    · Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized

    · Must be self-directed and able to hit the ground running

    Responsibilities

    Essential Job Functions:

    · Perform full-cycle recruitment functions

    · Prescreen, interview and submit qualified candidates for a variety of positions

    · Conduct direct sourcing for qualified candidates

    · Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and interface with all levels of management and all sorts of clients
