    Role description

    We are hiring a Global Senior Business Analyst to analyze data to extract insights, drive strategic initiatives, and improve our contract management process. This role will involve strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure successful outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with collaborators, and uphold quality standards. A successful candidate will possess the communication skills and business insight necessary to interact with multiple teams across Booking Holdings and our subsidiaries to help drive alignment and efficiency in our practices.

    This role will be part of the Global Business Services team and will collaborate with the Contract Life Cycle Management, Global Process Owner. It will collaborate closely with Booking Holdings (BHI), Brands' Legal, Commercial, and Procurement teams, Financial Systems teams, and other business collaborators leaders.

    Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Support the CLM GPO Organization in defining and executing a data analytics strategy that helps identify issues, areas for improvement, and risks and guides decision-making
    • Collaborate with BHI, Brand Contract Managers/Legal Operations, and the broader Legal, Commercial, Procurement, and Risk collaborators to define and establish metrics and KPIs to provide data analytics and processes for monitoring, measuring, and reporting on outcomes while ensuring data quality, integrity, and security throughout the project lifecycle
    • Provide regular reporting and analysis of critical metrics to enable the CLM GPO Organization to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the value of contract management efforts to collaborators
    • Lead all aspects of data collection, storage, processing, and analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle
    • Implement data governance best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Team up with the Contract Admin Team (CAT) to leverage data-driven insights to optimize the CLM process, mitigate risks, standardize workflows, reduce manual efforts, and drive better business outcomes
    • Work closely with the Financial Systems teams to develop and implement data pipelines that extract, transform, and load into a database or analytics platform (i.e., Catylex)

    Role Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree
    • 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
    • Solid grasp of data management principles, techniques, and technologies
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines, as well as manage collaborators' expectations based on the priorities set
    • Certification in project management, data science, and business analytics is a plus.
    • Strong Excel skills and experience with data mining
    • Experience with business analytic tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
    • Understanding contract management leading practices and experience with contract lifecycle management software (e.g., Conga, Ivalua) are a plus
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and effectively balancing multiple priorities
    • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
