Senior Project Manager HRIS Implementation

Hard Skills
• Solid project management skills/methodology (>5 years)
• Experience in complex projects with multiple international stakeholders
• Good Excel /PPT level
• English fluent
Nice to have but not mandatory, knowledge of
• HR & IT general function understanding
• Workday or other HCM tool prior implementation experience

Soft Skills
• Good inter personal skills
• Ability to:
o Drive remote teams in multiple locations
o Multi-task
o Be pro-active and challenge
o Simplify/identify key stakes
o Work in evolving environment
o Experienced in leading larger change programs in an international environment.

Project management
• Close follow-up of project planning to ensure that delivery is on track (in link with Integrator PM)
• Identify any deviation : planning, scope,… and alerts /escalates to Program Director / Workday Technology Director
• Committees /Design authority/ other ad-hoc meetings: organization or contribution to the project committees / preparation of the relevant presentations / minutes/ actions follow-up
• Keep key stakeholders (exec sponsor, program manager, WD PO,…) regularly updated on project progress

Coordination
• Ensure follow up on transversal topics, questions, concerns raised by HRDs or other Dhrive stakeholders
• Link with or direct to relevant functions to provide expected answers/support
• Work closely with the different stream leads ( functional, data, technical and integrations) to ensure proper progress on their areas and good cross-streams synchronization
• Ad hoc transversal tasks as per project need
