    What would we like you to have:
    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a process-driven team environment
    • English language skills;
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel, Outlook).
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

    • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and manage time efficiently

    Location: Bucharest, full time role – office based.


    As a Seller Developer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our sellers in Romania. You will provide comprehensive information, support, and guidance during their first three months, helping them maximize their revenue. You will help sellers list their products on our platform and educate them on effectively using all the tools available on our e-commerce platform. Your goal will be to drive their growth, enhance their engagement with our platform, and ensure they achieve outstanding results.

    What will you do:
    · As the expert, you will guide our new clients through the process of listing their products on our platform. You will train them on utilizing our tools and adhering to our procedures, ensuring they can maximize their revenue from sales with us.
    · You will maintain close contact with the sellers on our platform, constantly providing them with updated information and introducing new procedures to gradually and securely increase their sales.
    · Discuss business growth opportunities with sellers and establish development plans by analyzing their indicators on the platform, and adapt training plans according to their needs.
    · Collaborate with other departments to address encountered issues.
