Role description

The Change and Communication Lead will enable stakeholder adoption of a large-scale finance transformation by creating and delivering against organizational change management programs. The Change and Communication Lead will work directly with the business and project team from project initiation through project closure, identifying change impacts, analyzing stakeholders, building a change strategy, and executing and reporting against the plan. The Change and Communication Lead may work on multiple projects simultaneously, either independently or alongside the broader change management team, depending on the project complexity.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepares change assessments, completing change impact and stakeholder analysis, that will be used to inform the organizational change management approach for projects.
• Create organizational change management strategy and supporting plans, presenting the plan to the business and securing approval.
• Executes change plans, drafting communications, building change networks, establishing resistance plans, issuing change readiness surveys, deploying training or using other change levers as identified in the strategy and plan
• Tracks and monitors against change management program; builds OCM plans, tracks progress, escalates risks, completes status reporting
• Builds relationships with project team, business and stakeholders, and providing OCM expertise

Role Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 5 - 8 years relevant job knowledge
• Organizational Change Management skills: Must have demonstrated experience leading change initiatives from assessment through implementation and go-live and monitoring
• Training experience, ability to create training material as required, manage TTT programs, and oversee training logistics
• Project management skills, must be able to create OCM plans, track to progress, and provide status updates and reports
• Self-Motivated and Resourceful: takes initiatives on projects, must be comfortable working with clients directly
• Collaborative: ability to work across teams, departments, brands, and global locations
• Preferably OCM Certified (e.g., Prosci)
• Resourceful, with strong collaboration skills
