HR Specialist

WTS Energy- It's all about the people!

• 3 + years experience in personnel administration
• Good knowledge of Labor law
• Experience in recruiting white and blue collar
• Experience working with expats (UE & NON UE employees): procedure for obtaining work permit, residence permit, registration certificate Immigration Inspectorate
• Experience in carrying out the control process from the Territorial Labor Inspectorate
• Good knowledge of Office package

• Provide support for HR operations
• Prepare, keep and update personnel files
• Centralize and check documents required at the start of the employment
• Prepare and draft HR and employment documents such as: job descriptions, labor contracts, documents requested by the employees etc.
• Compile employee timesheet for payroll purposes, track and centralize changes with impact on payroll (ex. medical leave, paid leave, unpaid leave etc.)
• Provide support to organize employee related activities
